Q1: What motors are used?
A1: Open-loop stepper motors. One 28 planetary gear motor, one 35 planetary gear motor, two 42 planetary gear motor, one 42 screw motors, and one 57 planetary gear motor. Brakes are installed at the motors of the 2nd axis and 3rd axis to prevent the robot arm from smashing down after a power failure.
Q2: Encoder part?
A2: All motors are dual-axis motors. Encoders can be modified by yourselves. Our company does not provide technical support for the modified parts. Please study the matching with the software by yourself.
Q3: What language does the control system code use?
A3: For Python.
Q4: Does it support secondary development?
A4: Support secondary development, providing control board schematic diagram, host computer, source code (not provide secondary development technical guidance, please research by yourself)
Q5: How to control?
A5: Through the computer host computer, connect the robotic arm control box for control. Can not be used offline. You can use a tablet for Win 7 with USB sockets.
Q6: Does it support the seventh axis and use it with the guide rail?
A6: Support, the software has this function, and the control board also supports it. You need to connect the corresponding drive and motor by yourselves, without connecting limit switches. The software can set the specified position of the guide rail to zero.
Q7: How about the speed?
A7: The running speed is limited by the running action. Due to the product’s cost-effectiveness, please do not compare with high-end robot arms
Q8: What kind of limit switch is used?
A8: 5 photoelectric limit switches and 1 mechanical limit switch.
