1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • If there is a delay due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options based on your location and preference:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 business day (only available for select locations).

Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other external factors.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 within the United States.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
  • Some items may be restricted due to local regulations.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package through the carrier’s website to monitor its status.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@ecogoodsus.com.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

7. Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to process a replacement or refund.

8. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Address changes and order modifications can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
